house warming party

Have just remembered that I've not blogged about the house warming party in Cambridge last weekend... I won't repeat what Helen had already mentioned in this post, but here are some photos showing what Toby got up to that evening :)

Starting the evening with a large glass of wine:

Oops, red wine spilt on trousers, let's put half bag of salt on it...

Toby's finger!

Now time to down some beer - 11.3 seconds

Against Hane on the monkey bars:

Damn, Hane's stronger, time to cheat...

Peculiar effect of alchol number 37 - gaining extra arms...

Hiding in a painting...

Milk!

Things not to try at home, no. 314...

Do not spray liquified gas on back of hand just see how cold it feels... REALLY, DON'T!

It's now red and slightly swollen and painful... Helen said earlier today that I should be 2.1 years old, not 21. Seems about right :)

Bloggers Banquet travel plans...

If you have no idea what this is about, go look at this picture of flying pig instead :)

Due to the evilness of National Express and too many people being as organised as I was... the ticket acquisition didn't quite go according to plan... clearly six weeks in advance wasn't early enough... but worry not, we still have cheap (reasonably) tickets :)

So here's the (provisional) plan:

Saturday 12th Nov:

9:30 coach - Helen, Rose, Kirsten, Emmie and myself.

12:30 coach - Richard S, Sarah B, Steve, Ollie. One spare ticket.

15:30 coach - Richard L, Helen B

Sunday 13th Nov:

11:45 - 2 tickets
12:45 - 5 tickets
13:45 - 5 tickets

We can decide who gets on which in Cambridge...

The tickets for the 15:30 and 11:45 coaches weren't booked by me, everyone else owes me £3.20 (4 tickets at £2, 6 at £4, so I took the average), mwahahaha...

Bidding for the spare ticket starts at £1.00.

And now, time for a random photo:
